How do I track my package?
You can check the status of your order on your account page. When your order has been released, the status will change to 'completed'. You will then receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details. You can track your package by filling in your tracking number on one of the webpages: Royal Mail, Hermes, TNT or UPS service providers.
What items are refundable?
* Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
* In original condition
* In the original packaging
How do I return?
For unwanted goods, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee to return the products to us. We advise that you send the product via a tracked service. If the product is lost during transit to us, you will not be refunded.
A refund of your original delivery charge or return postage costs will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
